Custom Grey Glass Railing Installation for Staircase in Staten Island, NY
Introduction
This residential project in Staten Island involved the installation of a custom grey glass railing to replace an outdated wooden stair railing. The result was a sleek, modern upgrade that greatly improved both the appearance and functionality of the staircase.
Client Vision
The homeowner’s primary goal was to update their traditional staircase with a more contemporary look. They envisioned a modern glass railing that would not only transform the aesthetic of their space but also provide lasting durability, easy maintenance, and safety.
Why Choose Grey Tempered Glass for Stair Railings
Tempered grey glass is an ideal choice for interior railings because it offers a refined, modern look while maintaining privacy and light control. At 1/2″ thickness, this glass is strong and resilient, making it perfect for high-traffic areas like staircases. In addition to its strength, the tinted grey tone softens the light and adds a unique design element that complements a variety of interiors.

Our team completed fabrication within 7 days. On installation day, the technicians arrived on-site and mounted the glass panels with precision using robust glass clamps . The clamps were securely anchored into the staircase structure, ensuring that each panel was perfectly aligned and stable.
