Client Vision
The client wanted to upgrade their shower by replacing outdated splash guard panels with two custom sliding shower doors . Their goal was to enhance the bathroom’s aesthetics and functionality with a modern design featuring matte black hardware . The combination of 3/8″ tempered glass and black hardware offered the perfect blend of durability and sophistication, ensuring a timeless and practical solution for their shower.
Why Choose Sliding Shower Doors with Matte Black Hardware?
Sliding shower doors are an excellent choice for bathrooms where space optimization is essential. Unlike hinged doors, sliding doors move along a track, saving space and providing easy access to the shower. The use of 3/8″ tempered glass ensures durability and safety, as tempered glass is designed to withstand impacts and resist breakage. In case of damage, it shatters into small, less harmful pieces, making it a safe option for residential bathrooms. The addition of matte black hardware brings a modern, minimalist touch to the bathroom. Black hardware is highly versatile and pairs well with a variety of design styles, from contemporary to industrial. It also adds a striking contrast against the clear glass, creating a clean and elegant appearance.
Solution Provided
Our team started by taking precise measurements of the shower openings to ensure a perfect fit for the custom doors. We fabricated two sliding doors using 3/8″ tempered glass, complete with custom cutouts for the sliding system and towel bars. The doors were designed with sleek, matte black hardware, including handles and tracks, to achieve the desired aesthetic. Once the fabrication was complete, our specialists removed and properly disposed of the old splash guard panels. The new sliding doors were then installed with care, ensuring perfect alignment and smooth operation of the sliding system. The installation process was completed in just one day, minimizing disruption to the client’s routine.
